You're part of the pre-launch pilot. Use this form whenever something on the site stands out, positive or negative. Ten 30-second observations beat one long one at the end.

The page is noindexed and not linked from the main nav, so only people who've been given the URL will see it.

The ExamExplained team collates submissions for the pilot findings write-up.

What we ask, what we don't

The form fields are optional except for “What you observed”. Name, email and role help us match your observation to the debrief, but you can leave them blank and stay anonymous. The form also keeps a local log in your browser so you can see what you've already submitted; that local log never leaves your device.
